Hong Kong Umbrella Movement
28 September - 15 December 2014
The world is no longer the same since the Umbrella Revolution is there. You feel like you are part of the angry people. You know it is impossible, yet somehow deep at your heart you are still hoping to fight for real universal suffrage against the Chinese Communist Party no matter how dim the chance is, with which your living condition is no longer be controlled by the assigned leaders who are selected with totally no concerns of your will.
I was touched when my foreign friends showed interests in the critical situation in Hong Kong. I received a question asking if "i was documenting everything happening" here. I am, with no doubts. The reason of blogging my photos is that, although I'm sure there are tons of impressive and highly valuable photos easily found online and offline which captured all the historic moments, mine are giving totally down-to-earth perspective- as a participant who walk in the protest area with solely own-discretion, these are what I have observed at the scene.
